A tov\u00e1bbk\u00e9pz\u00e9sen a v\u00e1ros k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 k\u00f6z\u00e9piskol\u00e1ib\u00f3l \u00f6sszesen 15 di\u00e1k vett r\u00e9szt. C\u00e9lzott gyakorlatok seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel megtanultunk tudatosan figyelni a l\u00e9gz\u00e9s\u00fcnkre \u00e9s a hangunkra \u00e9s egy sor nonverb\u00e1lis feladaton \u00e1t v\u00e9g\u00fcl a m\u00e1sodik napon eljutottunk a verb\u00e1lis improviz\u00e1ci\u00f3hoz. Minden gyakorlat ut\u00e1n meg\u00e1lltunk egy r\u00f6vid \u201efeedback\u201d erej\u00e9ig, hogy a fiatalokban tudatosuljon, amit \u00e9ppen tapasztaltak \u00e9s tanultak. A r\u00e9sztvev\u0151kkel siker\u00fclt egy nyugodt l\u00e9gk\u00f6rt teremteni, amiben m\u00e9g a legf\u00e9l\u00e9nkebbek is le tudt\u00e1k k\u00fczdeni a g\u00e1tl\u00e1saikat \u00e9s szabadon cselekedtek a t\u00f6bbiek el\u0151tt.
